Our clients are companies in the United Kingdom and the UAE building offshore capacity: software engineers, QA and DevOps, AI and data specialists, designers, digital marketers, accountants and bookkeepers, customer support and executive support. Most roles are remote from Pakistan on the client’s hours, some are hybrid or run from our Karachi office, and each listing says which. The listing also says where applicants must be based, so you know before you apply whether a role is open to you.
Most of our placements are never advertised. A client briefs us, we go to the screened network first, and the role is filled before it reaches a listing. The way to be in that network is to create your profile: one form, one screening conversation, and you are matched against briefs as they arrive.
Outstaff Solutions does. You sign a documented employment contract with our registered entity, payroll runs to a fixed date and the statutory benefits that apply where you are employed are handled by us. The day-to-day work is with the client, inside their team and their tools.
Most roles are for professionals based in Pakistan working remotely with a company in the United Kingdom or the UAE, and each listing says where applicants must be based and whether the role is remote, hybrid or on site. Our Karachi office is at 76 Old Clifton, Block 5, Hatim Alvi Road, and some roles are run from there.
Roles typically follow the client's working day, which for our clients usually means United Kingdom or Gulf hours. The offset from Pakistan is four to five hours for the United Kingdom and one hour for the UAE, so most of the day overlaps. Check the listing and ask us before you apply if the hours matter to you.
No. The application form asks for your name, contact details, your current or last job title, your experience and your salary expectations, and a CV or portfolio link is optional. You can send a CV later if we ask for one. A CV file must be a PDF or Word document under 3 MB.
A consultant reads every application and replies to every applicant. If your profile fits, we book one structured screening conversation covering technical skill, communication and reliability, and only after that, and only with your permission, are you introduced to the client. If the role does not work out your profile stays in our screened network for the next brief that matches.
Not until you agree. Clients see an anonymised profile: skills, experience and availability. Your identity is released only for a specific introduction you have said yes to, and you can ask to be removed from our network at any time by emailing info@outstaffsol.com.
Yes. Apply to each role you are a fit for, or create one profile on the Find a job page and be considered for every brief we receive, including the majority that are filled from the network before they are ever advertised.
