What we collect and why

• Enquiry details you submit through our forms or chat — name, work email, company and the role or requirement you describe. We use these to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to follow up about our services. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email via a form-handling processor and recorded in our internal client system.
• Candidate information — if you contact us about roles or send a CV, we hold it to consider you for relevant positions, with a stated retention date after which it is deleted.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, analytics cookies are set. If you decline or do not answer, no cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device, but limited cookieless signals (including IP-derived, non-identifying data) still reach Google and are used only for aggregate modelling. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner at any time.
• Third-party links — the WhatsApp button opens a chat with us on WhatsApp (Meta receives that interaction). Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook are plain links, not embedded trackers.

Sharing and international transfers

We use a small number of processors to run the site and respond to enquiries: a form delivery service, Google Analytics, our website host, and our internal client system. Because we operate through entities in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan, enquiry and candidate data may be accessed across those entities under appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Business enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Candidate records carry an explicit retention date (typically two years from consent) after which they are removed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Write to info@outstaffsol.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
